以天然多羟基化合物蔗糖为交联剂,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,不使用传统的交联剂和有机锡类催化剂,在无催化剂条件下成功合成蔗糖改性水性聚氨酯。研究了蔗糖含量对水性聚氨酯性能的影响。研究结果表明,蔗糖的引入,胶膜的耐水性增强;改性后的聚氨酯热稳定性提高,初始分解温度提高了50℃;改性后的产物力学性能有较大提升,蔗糖质量含量为3%时,拉伸强度52MPa,断裂伸长率2200%;蔗糖改性的水性聚氨酯表面粗糙度增加,微相分离程度增大。
Using sucrose as the crosslinking agent and DMPA as the hydrophilic chain extender, sucrose was successfully synthesized in the absence of catalyst under the condition of not using the traditional cross-linking agent and organotin-based catalyst Waterborne polyurethane. The effect of sucrose content on the properties of waterborne polyurethane was studied. The results showed that the introduction of sucrose increased the water resistance of the film; the thermal stability of the modified polyurethane increased, the initial decomposition temperature increased by 50 ℃; the mechanical properties of the modified products have greatly improved, the sucrose content of 3 %, The tensile strength of 52MPa, elongation at break of 2200%; sucrose-modified water-based polyurethane surface roughness increases, the degree of micro-phase separation increases.
