At the first rallies of a press workshop sponsored by the Niman News Foundation at Harvard University, Chief Simmons told everyone that the Governments of Canada and Japan had intended to invite all journalists in this advanced course to visit and pay for everything at their own expense. However, he did not accept it. This is because it violates the U.S. Press Ethical Law because journalists are treated with treaties and write articles that inevitably affect their own independent opinions. At that time, we heard that the United States has a journalistic professional ethics law. It really is nothing new. For a long time in the past, in our minds, we have only vaguely felt that it seems that some U.S. reporters are mostly engaged in sensational or yellow news like “people biting dogs.” There are professional ethics there. Some American colleagues know We are very much interested in this issue and will brief us on the details and recommend us to read the relevant books and information so that we can have a better understanding of this issue.
