在全国人民深入贯彻党的十四大精神,社会主义建设和改革事业深入发展的新形势下,我们在这里召开第二届全军医学编辑学术委员会全体会议暨第三届编辑学术研讨会,总结第一届全军医学期刊编辑学术委员会成立以来的工作情况,奖励全军第一次医学期刊编辑质量评比的获奖单位,表彰为我军医学编辑事业作出重要贡献的专家、教授,研究改革开放新形势下如何进一步做好我军的医学编辑工作。会议开得很及时,也很有必要。我代表总后勤部卫生部和全军医学科学技术委员会,向大会表示热烈的祝贺!向获奖期刊单位,向所有为军队医学编辑出版事业做出无私奉献、付出辛勤劳动的
Under the new situation in which the people throughout the country have thoroughly implemented the spirit of the Fourteen National Congress, the socialist construction and the in-depth development of the cause of reform, we hereby hold the plenary session of the Second Academic Committee of Medical Editorials of the PLA and the Third Editorial Academic Symposium Since the founding of the Academic Committee of the First Military Medical Journals, we have awarded the winning units of the first quality editors of medical journals in the army to commend experts and professors who have made important contributions to the cause of our medical editorial work. They have also studied the reform and opening up new How to Do a Better Job of Medical Edit in Our Army in the Situation. The meeting was very timely and very necessary. On behalf of the Ministry of Health of the General Logistics Department and the Medical Science and Technology Committee of the PLA, I would like to extend my warm congratulation to the General Assembly on behalf of the award-winning periodical unit and to all those who have made selfless dedication and hard work in the cause of military medical editing and publishing
