旋流器的溢流分率是旋流分离过程中的一个重要的操作参数,同时也是一个重要的性能参数,文献表明溢流分率对于分离效率有着显著的影响。通过实验研究了液相旋流器3种进料口、不同处理量条件下溢流口结构对旋流器溢流分率的影响。最终得出了如下结论:溢流分率主要取决于溢流口径,不同的进料口结构、溢流管壁厚、溢流管插入旋流腔的深度以及满足一定条件的处理量对旋流器溢流分率的影响很小。
The overflow fraction of the cyclone is an important operating parameter in the cyclone separation process and is also an important performance parameter. The literature shows that the overflow fraction has a significant effect on the separation efficiency. The effects of three kinds of inlet of liquid-phase cyclone and the structure of overflow on the overflow fraction of cyclone were investigated experimentally. Finally, the following conclusions are reached: The overflow fraction mainly depends on the size of the overflow, the structure of the inlet, the wall thickness of the overflow pipe, the depth of the overflow pipe inserted into the swirl chamber and the processing capacity meeting certain conditions. The effect of overflow rate is small.
