本试验研究了湖北省18种水稻土中各种磷酸盐存在的形态和数量,结合同位素~(32)P稀释法和盆栽试验,比较了8种国内外普遍应用的土壤有效磷的测定方法。研究的目的在于确定适用于预测水稻土磷酸盐供应状况的化学方法。 一、研究方法 供试18种水稻土采自鄂中和鄂东丘陵地区冲积土地区、鄂南红黄壤地区和鄂北岗地黄土地区,其农化性状都有很大差异。 (一)化学测定法 1.土壤磷酸盐分组分析测定:张守敬—Jackson法,其中提取非闭蓄态Al—P使用的是pH8.2的1N NH_4F溶液。
In this study, the forms and amounts of various phosphates in 18 paddy soils of Hubei Province were studied. The isotope dilution method and pot experiment were used to compare eight commonly used methods of soil available phosphorus determination. The purpose of the study was to determine the chemical methods that are suitable for predicting the availability of phosphate in paddy soils.
