建筑业是高邮市的支柱产业,在全市的经济发展、增加农民收入等方面发挥了重要作用。但是,与周边其它县市的建筑业相比,高邮市仍然存在着一定差距。高邮市共有建安企业95家,其中特级资质企业仅1家,一级资质企业10家,且大多数为劳务分包企业,规模偏小,人才偏少,体单力薄,严重影响了高邮市建筑业的整体水平。高邮市如何实现由建筑大市向建筑强市的跨越,早日步入建筑业发展的快车道,是值得思考的一个问题。
