本文收集５５例的口综合征（ＢＭＳ）病例，选择口腔粘膜病门诊４０岁以上的８１例患者作为对照组。从局部因素、疼痛性质、局部症状、全身相关疾病等３５个因素进行分析，并探讨其发病过程。结果提示，在ＢＭＳ发病中，５１％患者为局部因素引起，且易受全身疾病影响（７５％）如心脏病、高血压、胃肠病、糖尿病及中枢神经系统疾病等，加上恐癌、烦燥、抑郁等心理因素的存在，造成ＢＭＳ患者周期性疼痛，无明显阳性病损，主观描述症状（假性口干，味觉异常等）突出等临床特征，从而丰富了对ＢＭＳ的认识。
This article collected 55 cases of mouth syndrome (BMS) cases, the oral mucosal disease clinic over the age of 81 selected 81 patients as a control group. From the local factors, the nature of the pain, local symptoms, systemic-related diseases, 35 factors were analyzed, and to explore the pathogenesis. The results suggest that in the incidence of BMS, 51% of patients were caused by local factors and susceptible to systemic diseases (75%) such as heart disease, hypertension, gastrointestinal disease, diabetes and central nervous system diseases, coupled with fear of cancer, Irritability, depression and other psychological factors, resulting in cyclical pain in patients with BMS, no significant positive lesions, subjective description of symptoms (false dry mouth, abnormal taste, etc.) prominent clinical features, which enriched awareness of BMS.
