研究了在硫酸盐型镀液中连续电沉积镍含量为7～9％wt的锌镍合金镀层工艺,讨论了镀液的Zn~(2+)/Ni~(2+)比及阴极电流密度对合金镀层中镍含量的影响;通过中性盐雾试验、周浸试验、电化学试验研究了锌镍合金镀层的耐蚀性。
The technology of zinc-nickel alloy coating with 7 ~ 9% wt nickel content was electroplated continuously in sulfate bath. The effects of Zn ~ (2 +) / Ni ~ (2+) ratio and cathodic current density On the nickel content of the alloy coating; corrosion resistance of the zinc-nickel alloy coating was studied by neutral salt spray test, immersion test and electrochemical test.
