最近,美国肯塔基州立大学的一项新的研究发现,乐观者在面对压力时往往更容易患病。研究人员对该校法律系一年级的48名新生进行了追踪调查,主要调查他们在受到压力后的人格类型和健康状况,调查者让学生们自己回答面对某些压力时是乐观还是悲观。
A recent study by the University of Kentucky in the United States found that optimists tend to be more prone to stress in the face of stress. The researchers tracked 48 freshmen in the first year of law at the school to investigate their stressful personality and health status. The investigators asked students to be optimistic or pessimistic about how to deal with some of the stress on their own.
