目前,许多食用菌生产者,在出菇时仍采用两头出菇法或覆土出菇法。实践证明,二者虽都具有许多优点,但也存在许多不足。两头出菇法存在的问题,主要是后期营养缺乏,生长势弱,菇体小,产量低;覆土出菇法存在的主要问题是,占地面积大,长出的菇带土,影响外观质量。现介绍一种出菇新方法——立体覆土出菇法,既能解决以上两种方法存在的问题,又能集两种方法的优点于一身。它的优点是占地面积小,出菇不带土,后期营养充足,菇体大,产量高。具体做法如下: 1.取土。选择富含腐殖质、吸水和保水性好的菜园土,拣出砖瓦、石子等杂物,敲碎土粒,土中掺入适量有机肥。
