目的了解大连市各级医疗机构消毒质量状况,加强医疗机构消毒管理工作。方法依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》、GB 15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》等,对大连市44所医疗机构消毒工作进行监测分析。结果 2012~2013年共采集样品1 603份,合格的1 448份,合格率为90.33%;2年合格率分别为92.10%和88.93%(P<0.05);市直医疗机构合格率最高,为94.49%。各监测项目中,洁净手术室空气、灭菌器、灭菌后医疗器材和使用中紫外线灯合格率最高,均为100.00%,医务人员手合格率最低,为86.11%(P<0.01)。结论大连市医疗机构消毒质量整体水平较好,但医务人员手卫生状况相对较差。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of medical institutions at all levels in Dalian, strengthen the disinfection management of medical institutions. Methods According to the “Technical Specifications of Disinfection” of Ministry of Public Health, “GB 15982-2012” Standard of Disinfection and Hygiene of Hospital, etc., the disinfection work of 44 medical institutions in Dalian was monitored and analyzed. Results A total of 1 603 samples were collected from 1 448 samples in 2012-2013, with a pass rate of 90.33%. The two-year pass rates were 92.10% and 88.93%, respectively (P <0.05). The highest pass rate was 94.49 %. Among the monitoring items, the qualified rate of air in clean operating room, sterilizer, sterilized medical equipment and ultraviolet lamp in use was the highest, both 100.00%, and the lowest passing rate of medical staff was 86.11% (P <0.01). Conclusion The overall level of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Dalian is good, but the hand hygiene status of medical staff is relatively poor.
