正义问题备受探讨而又异常深邃,不仅在哲学领域频繁出现,其也是伦理学、法学等诸多学科的核心问题,从来都被学者们给予了高度的重视。不胜枚举的哲人、政治学家、法学家、伦理学家、社会学家等都曾从自己的视野对于“正义”二字给出了独到的见解。在这些对于正义真谛孜孜以求的哲学家中,有一个人是不可以不被提及的——大卫·休谟因其对于正义理论独树一帜的见解以及其著名的怀疑论为人所熟知。
The issue of justice has been explored and unusual. It not only appears frequently in the field of philosophy, but also is a core issue of many disciplines, such as ethics and law. It has always been given a great deal of attention by scholars. The numerous philosophers, political scientists, jurists, ethnologists and sociologists all gave unique insights into the word “justice” from their own perspectives. One of these philosophers who are diligent in seeking truth can not be underestimated - David Hume is well known for his notion of justice and his famous skepticism.
