目的检测糖尿病模型大鼠角膜上皮细胞TGF-β1和IGF-1的表达情况。方法构建大鼠糖尿病模型,对获得的角膜上皮细胞进行紫外线照射致损伤。采用实时荧光定量PCR检测正常细胞及受损伤细胞中TGF-β1和IGF-1的表达情况。结果糖尿病Wistar大鼠模型构建成模率为90%,角膜上皮细胞受到损伤后TGF-β1和IGF-1表达均呈现上升趋势。结论角膜上皮细胞受到损伤后会刺激机体内TGF-β1和IGF-1的表达。
Objective To detect the expression of TGF-β1 and IGF-1 in corneal epithelial cells of diabetic rats. Methods The rat model of diabetes was established and the resulting corneal epithelial cells were exposed to UV light. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of TGF-β1 and IGF-1 in normal cells and injured cells. Results The model of diabetic Wistar rat was constructed with a modulo rate of 90%. The expression of TGF-β1 and IGF-1 in corneal epithelial cells showed an upward trend. Conclusion The corneal epithelial cells injured after stimulation of the expression of TGF-β1 and IGF-1.
