糖尿病足(DF)常好发于病程长且糖尿病控制不良的老年人,临床上常以下肢溃疡、坏疽和浮肿为特点,严重者需要截趾截肢,给患者带来极大痛苦与残疾。现将我院住院52例老年DF报道如下。 临床资料 52例患者中男20例,女32例,年龄60~87岁,平均68.9岁。糖尿病病程6月~25年,平均7.38年,DF病程0.1~36月,平均3.76月。52例中合并末梢神经炎45例,合并糖尿病肾病17例,合并冠心病25例,脑梗塞10例,视网膜病变
Diabetic foot (DF) often occurs in the elderly with long duration and poorly controlled diabetes. It is often characterized by leg ulcers, gangrene and edema. In severe cases, amputation of the amputation is required, causing great suffering and disability to the patients. Now hospitalized 52 cases of elderly DF reported as follows. Clinical data 52 patients were 20 males and 32 females, aged 60 to 87 years, mean 68.9 years old. Diabetes course from June to 25 years, an average of 7.38 years, DF course of 0.1 to 36 months, an average of 3.76 months. Among the 52 cases, 45 cases were complicated by peripheral neuritis, 17 cases were complicated with diabetic nephropathy, 25 cases were complicated with coronary heart disease, 10 cases were cerebral infarction,
