马克思主义建党理论是在实践中不断丰富和发展的。江泽民同志高瞻远瞩,认真总结国际无产阶级党建160年及中国共产党党建80年的经验教训,提出“三个代表”的重要思想,对新世纪党的建设,从党的性质、目标、宗旨、任务、衡量标准和基本途径等方面进行了精辟的概括,科学地回答了新世纪党的建设所面临的一系列时代课题,进一步丰富和发展了马克思主义党建理论。
