例1 女,80岁.因腹痛、腹胀3d入院.体查,一般情况可,腹胀明显,全腹无确切压痛点,未能触及包块,肠呜音活跃,可闻高调肠呜.腹部透视及立、卧位片见小肠明显扩张,中、上腹见多个气、液平面,无胆系积气征.入院后行非手术治疗24h无缓解.全麻下行剖腹探查.
