2004年上半年,上海的房地产市场继续价升量增,政府的宏观调控对上海房地产市场影响不大,但随着市场供求关系的变化,价格风险开始显现。
In the first half of 2004, the real estate market in Shanghai continued to rise in price and increase. The macro-control by the government had little effect on Shanghai’s real estate market. However, as the market supply and demand changed, the price risk started to appear.
