蓄热式高温空气燃烧技术(HiTAC)是新兴的一种全新的燃烧技术,近些年在国内得到了普遍推广。它具有节能、高效余热回收、降低污染物(NOx)排放量等优点。蓄热式加热炉具有炉温分布均匀,产品合格率高等优点。蓄热热式加热炉实质上是高效蓄热式换热器与常规加热炉的结合体,主要由加热炉炉体、蓄热室、换向系统以及燃料、供风和排烟系统构成。本文介绍了利用S7-300PLC及相应模块、通讯模块、现场温度压力传感器、各种电控阀门气动阀门,切断阀门等硬件组成的蓄热式加热炉燃烧控制系统,系统组成、原理,和实现方式,实现加热炉的蓄热式控制。
