由大连市理化学会承办的第二期全国力学及工艺性能试验方法标准宣贯会于10月9～13日在大连经济技术开发区东北民族学院培训中心召开。会议有来自新疆、广东、四川、贵州等全国17个省和直辖市的127名代表,会议由全国钢标委力学分技委委员殷建军同志主持,主要内容有: 1.由全国钢标委力学分技委主任梁新邦、李久林宣讲了《GB 229—94金属夏比缺口冲击试验方法》、《GB 228—87金属拉伸试验方法》和《GB 232—88金属弯曲试验方法》及其编制说明。 2.介绍了正在修订的《GB2795钢材力学及工艺性能试验取样规定》,已经制定完毕的国家标准《金属里氏硬度试验方法》以及《夏比冲击试样V型缺口公差带放大图绘制的改进》等。
The second session of the national mechanics and process performance test method standard promulgation conference hosted by Dalian Institute of Chemistry and Physics was held in the Training Center of Northeast Institute for Nationalities in Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone from October 9 to October 13. The meeting was attended by 127 representatives from 17 provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government in Xinjiang, Guangdong, Sichuan and Guizhou. The meeting was presided over by Yin Jianjun, a member of the National Committee of Science and Technology of Steel Standardization Committee. The main contents are as follows: 1. Liang Xinbang and Li Jialin, director of the Technical Committee, preached the GB 229-94 Metal Charpy Notched Impact Test Method, GB 228-87 Metal Tensile Test Method and GB 232-88 Metal Bending Test Method and their preparation instructions. Introduced the revised “GB2795 steel mechanical and technological performance test sampling requirements”, has developed a national standard “Metallic Leeb hardness test method” and “Charpy impact specimen V-notch tolerance band drawn enlarged map improvement ”Wait.
