易顺脉(德国马赫大药厂产)为消心痛的皮肤喷雾剂,能通过皮肤均匀缓慢吸收。本文观察其对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的急性血流动力学效应。 观察对象 20例,男13例,女7例;平均年龄40(21～65)岁。其中缺血性心肌病8例,扩张型心肌病12例。临床评定心功能均在Ⅲ-Ⅳ级(NYHA)。HF病程6个月～7年零4个月。 用药方法 所有患者均于住院后稳定1周以
