目的解决化学危险品应急医学救援过程中,检测方法落后、救援抢救药械分散等问题。方法采用分类研究,系统合成的方法,研制《便携式化学危险品医学救援箱》。结果研制的《便携式化学危险品医学救援箱》具有采样与样品储运、快速检测、解毒急救和提供洗消药品4项功能,配备了适合现场应急需要的固体、液体采样与样品储运装具;研制了挥发性毒物、剧毒农药、剧毒鼠药、金属毒物、强酸强碱类等5类17种化学危险品的检测试剂;提供了数种针对常见毒物的特效解毒药和人体洗消剂。结论此救援箱适用面广,功能配套,操作简便,适用性强。
Objective To solve the problems in the emergency medical rescue of chemical dangerous goods, the backward detection methods and the dispersion of rescue and rescue equipment. Methods Using classification research and systematic synthesis methods, we developed the “portable medical dangerous goods medical rescue box”. Results The “portable chemical dangerous goods medical rescue box” has four functions of sampling and sample storage and transportation, rapid testing, detoxification and first aid and decontamination drugs, and is equipped with solid, liquid sampling and sample storage and transportation equipment suitable for on-site emergency needs. Developed testing reagents for 17 types of chemical dangerous goods in 5 categories including volatile poisons, highly toxic pesticides, poisonous rat poison, metal poison, strong acid and alkali, etc .; provided several special antidotes and decontamination agents for common poisons . Conclusion This rescue box is suitable for a wide range of functions, supporting, easy to operate, applicability.
