研究了饲料中不同剂量喹乙醇对鲤鱼生长、肠道菌群数量及组成的影响。设计 6组不同喹乙醇含量的饲料(0 ,2 0 0 ,4 0 0 ,80 0 ,16 0 0和 32 0 0 m g· kg- 1 ) ,对鲤鱼进行 84 d的饲养试验。试验结束时 ,各组随机取 2尾鱼 ,分别对其前、中、后肠的细菌数量和组成进行了分析。结果发现 ,喹乙醇添加剂量在 2 0 0~ 80 0 m g· kg- 1 可明显促进鲤鱼的生长并提高饲料转化效率 ,在 32 0 0 m g· kg- 1时则对其生长产生明显的抑制作用 ,且降低饲料转化效率。与对照组相比 ,投喂喹乙醇的试验组鱼肠道菌群数均有不同程度的下降 ,其中 16 0 0 ,32 0 0 m g· kg- 1 组的下降最为明显。从16 0 0 m g· kg- 1开始前肠菌群数明显下降 ,在 4 0 0 m g· kg- 1时中肠菌群数开始下降较为明显 ,后肠群数在各试验组均呈下降趋势。在对照组检出的 7种主要菌群也是构成各个实验组鱼肠道中的主要菌群 ,但这 7种菌群在各组中的组成比例不同 ,其中鲤鱼肠道菌属中 Aer属、Aci属的组成比例变化较大 ,80 0 mg· kg- 1 (11.0 6 % )、16 0 0 mg· kg- 1(11.735 % )和 32 0 0 mg· kg- 1 (7.4 0 7% )组中 Aer所占比例明显低于对照组 (2 6 .2 5 5 % ) ,而 80 0 m g· kg- 1(37.5 0 2 % )、16 0 0 m g· kg- 1 (36 .5 2 % )和 32 0 0 m g
The effects of different doses of olaquindox on the growth, number and composition of intestinal flora in carp were studied. Six groups of feed with different olaquindox levels (0, 200, 400, 80 0, 160 and 320 000 g · kg -1) were designed and fed for 84 days. At the end of the experiment, two groups of fish were randomly selected from each group to analyze the quantity and composition of bacteria in the front, middle and back gut.
