This article compares the figure sculpture of China in the 1960s with the two genres of art in the West; the comparison between Chinese stainless steel sculpture and American stainless steel sculpture. China’s stone sculpture (Cheng Ya Men’s work) and the British sculpture comparison; discusses the 20th century Western art and the development of modern Chinese sculpture.
