文章采用文献资料、数理统计和访谈法等,通过对喀什大学少数民族女生的体育态度及体育行为进行调查分析,结果表明:大部分少数民族女大学生对中国实事的关心程度低,对健康的认识不清;大多数女生能够利用校内场地器材设施进行健身,选择商业健身的较少;大部分少数民族女生对体育的价值观有一定正确的认识,并付诸一定的体育行为,但体育行为的持续性缺乏,针对结果分析并提出了相应的建议。
Through literature analysis, statistics and interviews, this paper investigates and analyzes the sports attitude and behavior of ethnic minority girls in Kashi University. The results show that most minority female college students have low level of concern about the realities in China and their understanding of health Unclear; most girls can use the school venues and equipment for fitness, choose less commercial fitness; most minority girls have a correct understanding of the values of sports, and put some physical activity, but the continuation of sports behavior Lack of sex, analysis of the results and put forward corresponding recommendations.
