阐述了用改型ＵＴ４Ｇ双捻机生产１×５×０．２５钢帘线的捻制原理，从理论上和实践上对其可行性作了分析，指出用改型ＤＴ４Ｇ双捻机生产１×５钢帘线可行。
The twisting principle of producing 1 × 5 × 0.25 steel cords with modified UT4G double twister is expounded. Its feasibility is theoretically and practically analyzed. It is pointed out that with the modified DT4G twister, 1 × 5 steel cord feasible.
