近几年,我国经济逐渐发展,人们生活水平不断提高,对于精神的需求也上升了一个层次,据悉,人们在休闲时间总会选择旅游作为消遣方式。旅游的大力进行促进了旅游社的生成以及发展,初期,旅游社的前景是非常乐观的,但是随着旅游市场的扩大、竞争对手的增加,旅游社的发展局势变得不太乐观。对于企业的发展而言,最重要的是企业文化建设,尤其是在社会责任背景下,更要注意对企业文化的建设。本文立足于社会责任背景,对旅游社的文化建设浅做分析,并提出有效措施。
In recent years, with the gradual development of economy in our country, people’s living standards have been continuously improved and the demand for energy has risen to a higher level. It is reported that people always choose to travel as a recreational way during leisure time. Tourism vigorously promoted the formation and development of tourist agencies. At the initial stage, the prospects of tourism agencies were very optimistic. However, with the expansion of tourism markets and the increase of competitors, the development of tourism agencies has become less optimistic. For the development of enterprises, the most important thing is the building of enterprise culture, especially in the context of social responsibility, but also pay attention to the building of enterprise culture. Based on the background of social responsibility, this paper analyzes the cultural construction of tourism agencies and puts forward effective measures.
