一、前言随着装载机的广泛使用,人们对工作装置在各种不同条件下的工作能力提出了更高的要求。同时希望铲斗在运输工况下应具有良好的稳定性、可靠性,从而达到保护转斗油缸,提高生产率的目的。本文针对ZL20AZL30A型装载机工作装置的改进实践,利用处处靠挡块这一性能,消除铲斗在运输过程中的“摇头”现象,提高了在运输状态下整机稳定性。
I. INTRODUCTION With the widespread use of loaders, people have put forward higher requirements on the working ability of working equipment under various conditions. At the same time, it is hoped that the bucket should have good stability and reliability under the transportation conditions so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the bucket cylinder and improving the productivity. In this paper, ZL20AZL30A loaders improve the practice of the working device, the use of everywhere by the stopper of this performance, eliminating bucket in the transport process “shaking his head” phenomenon, improve the stability of the whole machine in the transport state.
