From October 12 to December 15, the 5th National Symposium on Applied Linguistics and Writing hosted by the Institute of Language and Literature, Ministry of Education and co-organized by Capital Normal University and hosted by the Chinese International Institute of Education, Liaoning University was successfully held in the Puhe Campus of Shenyang University. Prof. Wang Dengfeng, vice director of the National Committee of Chinese Language and Culture, director of the Pragmatic Division of the Ministry of Education, and Prof. Wang Tiekun, deputy director of the Department of Information and Communication, Ministry of Education, were invited to attend this seminar and made a speech at the conference
