做班主任一晃十年了,我一直坚守教室这方神圣的土地,做润泽生命的教育,我坚信班主任工作是能够影响生命的过程,师生的生命都会因教育而精彩,教育也会因生命而辉煌。为了让每个孩子的生命都能得到润泽,都能绽放出属于自己童年的精彩,我不断建设教室文化,丰富教室内涵,因为教室是阅览室、展览室、生命栖息室,能够促进、展示、记录孩子生命成长。结合学校的“晨诵、午读、暮省”校本课程,营造书香教室,邀请故事妈妈走进教室,影响生命成长。同时,延伸教室天地,开展丰富多彩的课外实践活动。
