群众路线是革命和工作的致胜法宝。检察工作中的群众是指检察工作服务、依靠和接受监督的力量,具体包括社会组织、干部、普通劳动者等一切社会大众。群众工作是检察职能的最终落脚点,做好群众工作是检察工作的内在价值追求。目前,检察人员服务群众工作缺乏健全完善的制度化支撑,没有形成服务群众工作长效机制。而在任何一个系统中,机制都起着基础性的、根本性的作用。根据检察机关群众工作的切入点,笔者认为,当前,亟需完善六种工作机制。
The mass line is the magic weapon for revolution and work. The masses in procuratorial work refer to the procuratorial work services, the power to rely on and accept supervision, including all social groups such as social organizations, cadres and ordinary laborers. The mass work is the ultimate goal of prosecutorial work, doing mass work is the intrinsic value of procuratorial work. At present, the work of procuratorial personnel in serving the masses lacks sound and complete institutionalized support and does not form a long-term mechanism for serving the masses. In any one system, mechanisms play a fundamental and fundamental role. According to the entry point of the mass work of procuratorial organs, the author believes that at present, there are urgent needs to improve six kinds of working mechanisms.
