误区之一:蹲坐休息。健身运动后若立即蹲坐下来休息,会使下肢血液回流,从而影响血液循环,加深肌体组织疲劳。严重时将会产生重度休克或猝死。因此,每次健身运动结束后应调整呼吸节奏,步行甩臂,并做一些放松、整理活动,减轻肌肉酸胀疲劳,促使四肢血液回流入心脏。以利还清“氧债”,加快体能恢复,消除疲劳,尽快清除代谢废物。
