中共中央办公厅、圆务院办公厅联合下发的《关于党政机关工作人员个人证券投资行为若干规定》,对新形势下党政机关干部个人投资证券的行为进行了新的规定,这些规定既适应了当前社会主义市场经济发展的需要,也适应了我国证券市场发展的需要。首先,我国的社会主义市场经济体制已经逐步建立起来,证券市场已经纳入规范化、法制化的轨道,因此适当放宽对党政机关工作人员买卖股票的限制是完全可以的。其次,在一定条件下,允许党政机关工作人员将其合法财产以合法的方式投资于证券市场,一方面可以支持和促进国家的经济建设,另一方面可以促进个人适应市场经济的
