本实验结果显示,通督活血汤对由二磷酸腺苷和花生四种酸诱导的血小板聚集反应均表现出较强的抑制作用,其抗聚集功效随着用药量的增加呈现出量效关系。认为抗血小板聚集是该方治疗椎管狭窄症间歇性疼痛、跛行的疗效机理之一。
The results of this experiment showed that Tongduhuoxue Decoction showed a strong inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate and peanut acid, and its anti-aggregation efficacy showed a dose-effect relationship with the increase in the dose. It is believed that antiplatelet aggregation is one of the curative effects of this method in the treatment of intermittent pain and claudication of spinal stenosis.
