急性心肌梗死致电风暴是造成心脏性猝死的主要危险因素,对患者的生命安全造成了严重威胁。当患者处于电风暴发作期时,必须及时进行电除颤,以确保患者血流动力学的稳定;若除颤不及时,患者极易在短时间内出现心搏骤停。作者在临床中采用电除颤成功抢救急性心肌梗死后发生电风暴患者1例。电风暴的救治主要包括发作期的抢救、稳定期的治疗及病因诱因的治疗。电除颤具有作用快、疗效高、简便和比较安全的特点。
