文化危机能够导致金融危机,这是文化强大力量的表现,也是忽视文化价值功用的必然。金融危机使人们对企业文化产生了比较正确的认识,但在危机过后我国企业还是在企业文化建设方面搁浅了大量的问题。本文试论了金融危机中我国企业文化的缺失和金融危机对文化的检验,从多个角度分析了企业文化与金融危机的作用机理,从制度建设、理念建筑等角度探索了金融危机形势下企业文化建设的重构路径。
Cultural crisis can lead to the financial crisis, which is the manifestation of the mighty force of culture and also the inevitable neglect of the function of cultural value. The financial crisis has brought people a more correct understanding of the corporate culture, but after the crisis our enterprises stranded a large number of problems in the building of corporate culture. This article discusses the lack of corporate culture in China during the financial crisis and the test of culture by the financial crisis. It analyzes the mechanism of corporate culture and financial crisis from multiple perspectives, and explores the impact of corporate crisis under the financial crisis Reconstruction of Cultural Construction.
