政府部门之间的知识转移与共享是一个复合性的概念和复杂的过程,影响因素十分复杂,不仅要从知识转移的主体(部门)、客体(知识)两方面进行研究,更要注重知识转移主体之间的互动关系。本文通过引入社会资本理论,从社会资本的结构层面、关系层面和认知层面对政府部门之间的知识转移进行分析,有助于提升政府部门知识管理的效率和能力。
The transfer and sharing of knowledge among government agencies is a complex concept and complex process. The influencing factors are very complicated, not only from the main body (department) and object (knowledge) of knowledge transfer, but also the knowledge transfer Interaction between the main body. By introducing the theory of social capital, this paper analyzes the knowledge transfer between government departments from the structural, social and cognitive aspects of social capital, which helps to improve the efficiency and ability of knowledge management in government departments.
