(一)影响师专图书馆信息服务的因素师专图书馆首先存在的是经费不足的问题,这无形中减少了师专馆最新文献信息的拥有量,削弱了师专馆实现信息化服务的物质基础。其次是师专馆的服务方式、服务手段还比较陈旧,仍处在封闭式的借借还还状态,无法利用先进的技术设备为读者提供信息服务。再次,师专馆的工作人员大多数是改行到图书馆工作,对图书馆的专业知识掌握的不全面、不系统,很难利用情报学、图书馆学的知识来开展二、三次文献信息的编制和要求较高的信启、服务工作。这些因素严重制约着师专图书馆的信息化服务的开展。(二)实现师专图书馆信
