针对当前高校普通大学生学生对上体育课兴趣不高,学习热情难以调动等情况,分析了高校普通大学生对体育课兴趣不高的现状与原因,提出了培养这部分学生对体育锻炼兴趣的有效方法与对策。
In view of the fact that ordinary undergraduates in colleges and universities have not much interest in upper physical education and difficult to mobilize their enthusiasm for learning, this paper analyzes the current status and causes of the low interest of ordinary undergraduates in physical education and puts forward some effective ways to cultivate this part of students’ interest in physical exercise And countermeasures.
