随着环境的日益恶化,化石能源成为环境污染的罪魁祸首,伴随风力发电技术的日趋成熟,风力发电成为清洁能源的代名词,近年来,我国一直进行着大规模的风力发电开发,风电叶片作为风力发电的最为重要的部件之一,制造技术日趋成熟,但是风电叶片主要材料玻璃钢在制作过程具有较高的职业病风险,本文简要介绍了风力发电叶片成型工艺及设备,对叶片成型生产过程中产生职业病危险有害因素进行辨识,提出相关预防措施,并对措施的控制效果进行评价与分析,得出满足职业病预防控制的结论。
