唐山国丰钢铁有限公司1450热连轧2#生产线主传动均采用交交变频控制方式,其主传动电动机均为大功率凸极交流同步电动机,采用全数字交交变频矢量控制的交流调速装置。每套交交变频装置由3台电网自然换流无环流可逆变流器、整流变压器、励磁主回路及矢量控制调速系统组成;控制回路采用Siemens的TDC和Simadyn D相结合的控制模式,既保证了控制系统的可靠性和快速性,同时也极大提高了系统扩展性,方便了与其他生产设备的连接。此外多个TDC组成的GDM网络也为全线重要控制系统软硬件的整合和统一管理提供了平台。系统投入使用以来,主传动控制系统故障率低、维护量小、运行平稳可靠,各项传动系统性能指标均达到设计目标,对同类配置主传动解决方案具有一定的指导借鉴意义。
The main drive of 2 # production line of 1450 hot rolling mill of Tangshan Guofeng Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. all adopts the frequency conversion control mode. The main drive motors are all high-power salient-pole AC synchronous motors. AC digital speed controllers with full digital frequency vector control are adopted. Each set of interchangeable frequency conversion device consists of 3 sets of natural commutation converter without circulating current, rectifier transformer, excitation main loop and vector control speed control system. The control loop adopts the combination of Siemens TDC and Simadyn D, To ensure the reliability and speed control system, but also greatly improve system scalability, and facilitate the connection with other production equipment. In addition, a number of TDC composed of GDM network also provides a platform for the integration and unified management of all important control system hardware and software. Since the system was put into operation, the main transmission control system has the advantages of low failure rate, small maintenance, stable and reliable operation, various transmission system performance indexes meeting the design goals, and has certain guidance and reference significance for the similar main transmission solutions.
