国务委员、公安部部长孟建柱在2009年3月31日作出重要批示,请江西省委常委、省委政法委书记、省公安厅厅长舒晓琴转达公安部党委对人民的好民警黄启才的亲切问候,希望他安心养病,并对其家属生活上的困难给予关心照顾。4月1日,舒晓琴评价黄启才“多年来顶住家庭生活等多方面的巨大压力,忠于职守,忘我工作,因积劳成疾病倒在工作岗位上,精神十分可贵”。黄启才只是江西一位普通的基层警察,为何却如此牵动人心?

On April 1, Shu Xiaoqin commented on Huang Qicai’s “tremendous pressure on many aspects of family life over the years. They are devoted to their duties and devoted themselves to their work, and are extremely valuable because of the accumulation of work-related diseases.” Huang Qicai is just an ordinary grassroots police officer in Jiangxi Province. Why is it so touching?
