血液透析滤过(HDF)综合了血液透析(HD)与血液滤过(HF)的优点,能更有效地清除小分子物质和中分子物质,改善对透析的耐受性,提高心血管功能的稳定性,能更好地预防透析并发症。但正规的HDF需要有一个专用机(除水范围≥4500ml/h),这在一般的血透机中无法达到,且每做一次价格昂贵,病人难以接受。我们利用一般血透设备,采用改良方法进行HDF,取得一定疗效。现报告如下:
