目的:总结外阴Bowen’s病的临床病理特点、治疗方法和预后。方法:回顾性分析我院1993年2月至2000年1月收治的8例外阴Bowen’s病的临床资料。结果:8例外阴Bowen’s病患者的发病年龄为23～57岁,平均年龄38岁,均有不同程度的外阴搔痒及局部斑片状突起。8例中4例行局部肿瘤切除,另4例采用单纯外阴切除术。随诊18个月～8年,其中1例在初次手术后6个月复发,占12.5%,再行单纯外阴切除术,至今已5年无复发。其余7例无复发迹象。结论:外阴Bowen’s病是一种特殊类型的外阴皮肤上皮内鳞状上皮癌,局部肿瘤切除或单纯外阴切除可取得良好预后,复发后重复手术仍可得到治愈。
Objective: To summarize the clinicopathological characteristics, treatment and prognosis of vulvar-Bowen’s disease. Methods: The clinical data of 8 cases of Bowen’s disease in our hospital from February 1993 to January 2000 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The age of onset of Bowen’s disease in 8 cases was 23-57 years old with a mean age of 38 years. There were varying degrees of genital itching and local patchy processes. Of the 8 cases, 4 had local tumor resection, and the other 4 had simple excision of the vulva. Follow-up 18 months to 8 years, of which 1 case 6 months after the initial surgery recurrence, accounting for 12.5%, simple extra-vulvectomy, has not relapsed for 5 years. The remaining 7 patients showed no signs of recurrence. Conclusions: Bowen’s disease of the vulva is a special type of vulvar intraepithelial squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva. Local tumor resection or simple vulvectomy can achieve a good prognosis. Repeated surgery after recurrence can still be cured.
