目的建立一种活体动物的脑室内出血模型,并应用神经内镜进行手术训练。方法选择小型家猪作为实验对象,开颅后将5ml股动脉血注入侧脑室,建立脑室出血模型,应用神经内镜完成血肿清除术。结果通过此种方法能熟悉内镜系统及相关设备的使用,掌握内镜图像引导下的冲洗、吸引、止血等操作技巧。结论通过建立模型,应用神经内镜进行手术训练,练习者可以掌握神经内镜的基本技术和操作技巧。
Objective To establish a model of intracerebral hemorrhage in living animals and to perform surgical training with neuroendoscopy. Methods Small domestic pigs were selected as experimental subjects. 5ml femoral arterial blood was injected into the lateral ventricle after craniotomy, and the model of ventricular hemorrhage was established. Endoscopic hemomactomy was performed by endoscopy. Results This method can be familiar with the use of endoscopic system and related equipment, to master the operation under the guidance of endoscopic washing, suction, bleeding and other operating skills. Conclusion Through the establishment of the model, the application of neuroendoscopy for surgical training, practitioners can master the basic techniques and operating skills of neuroendoscopy.
