以‘赤月’水蜜桃为试材,研究机械气调(3%O_2+5%CO_2)、自发气调(PVC袋+吸氧剂)对果实呼吸强度、果实品质及腐烂率的影响。结果表明,2个气调贮藏处理能有效地控制果实维生素C含量、果实硬度、可滴定酸含量的降低,贮藏60 d货架期果实仍能保持较好的风味,而对照贮藏20 d时已经失去风味。2个气调贮藏方法为水蜜桃商业贮藏提供依据,机械气调贮藏效果好于自发气调,但从成本和操作方法方面自发气调更有优势,短期贮运采用PVC袋+吸氧剂的方式最好。
The effects of mechanical atmosphere (3% O_2 + 5% CO_2) and spontaneous atmosphere (PVC bag + oxygen absorbent) on the respiration intensity, fruit quality and decay rate of the fruits were studied using ’Red Moon’ peaches.
