铝合金连续铸造时,液穴中强制热对流过程对铸造组织和几种典型铸造缺陷的形成有强烈的影响。除了铸造设备运行参数之外,浇铸系统的设计也起重要作用。本文以模拟水模型对这一问题进行了研究。
During continuous casting of aluminum alloy, forced convection in liquid pockets has a strong influence on the cast structure and the formation of several typical casting defects. In addition to casting equipment operating parameters, the design of the casting system also plays an important role. This paper studies the problem with a simulated water model.
