随着市场经济不断的发展,企业之间竞争日趋激烈,人力资源管理成为企业成功与发展最重要的影响因素。传统的人事管理和人力资源管理在观念、概念、方法等多个方面都有明显差别。而企业需要在管理理念上不断解放思想,积极学习西方国家的先进管理经验和理念,实现自身意识和能力的提高。所以,我国的企业必须改变传统的人事管理的相关制度、更新传统的用人观念、加快转变从传统人事管理向人力资源管理。
With the continuous development of market economy and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, human resources management has become the most important factor for the success and development of enterprises. The traditional personnel management and human resource management have obvious differences in concepts, concepts, methods and other aspects. However, enterprises need to constantly emancipate their minds in their management concepts and actively learn the advanced management experiences and concepts of western countries in order to realize their own awareness and ability. Therefore, our country’s enterprises must change the traditional system of personnel management, update the traditional concept of employment and speed up the transformation from traditional personnel management to human resource management.
