山东省淄博万杰医院已引进伽玛刀。伽玛刀由瑞典Elekta公司制造,其研制工作始于1951年。世界第一台伽玛刀于1979年问世。伽玛刀由201个~(60)钴放射源组成,每个射线束均向一个聚焦点集中。改变盔帽的准直仪,即可改变聚焦野的大小,使之与病灶相符。标准准直仪为4,8,14与18mm。单用或联用这些准直仪,可以治疗任何形状与大小的病灶。伽玛刀治疗时,病人的头固定于盔帽内,治疗的病灶恰位于射线的聚焦范围内,整个治疗
