生物质成型燃料产业是国家节能减排支持鼓励的新兴产业,被认为是未来30~50年内最具开发潜力的新型清洁能源。河北省平泉县生物质成型燃料产业始于2011年,主要原料为农作物秸秆和废弃食用菌棒。产品自投入市场示范推广以来,获得了良好的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益,但是也存在一些问题。为准确掌握全县生物质成型燃料产业总体情况,河北省平泉县农牧局深入企业和用户实地调查研究,就存在问题提出了相关建议,旨在为加快推动生物质成型燃料产业发展提供借鉴和参考。
