1 背景经过近几年来的大力建设,国内各大运营商在各省大都已经具备了相对较为完善的省内干线传输系统。在容量上基本可以满足省内业务发展的需要。部分运营商的省级骨干传送网通过不同的平面对业务进行负荷分担,长途电路的安全性也得到了大大的提高。但随着业务网络的飞速发展,电路需求的飞涨及运营商各省公司自建新局房的投入使用,省级骨干传送网常常遇到以下两个问题。(1)局房搬迁问题部分运营商在建设省级骨干传送网的初期,由于工程建设周期或投资等原因,存在租用局房
1 Background After vigorous construction in recent years, major domestic carriers in most provinces already have a relatively complete trunk transmission system in the province. The capacity can basically meet the needs of business development in the province. Some operators of the provincial backbone transmission network through a different plane to load sharing of business, long-distance circuit security has also been greatly improved. However, with the rapid development of business networks, soaring demand for circuits and the introduction of new self-built office buildings by provincial companies, provincial backbone transport networks often encounter the following two problems. (1) Partial Removal of Bureaurooms Some operators, in the early stage of constructing the provincial backbone transmission network, have leased office rooms due to construction period or investment.
